The need for focused professional management in times of change has long been a staple of HuTech's service offering.  In this current healthcare environment, which combines difficult reimbursement issues and the need to bring more efficient technology and improved human resource management to healthcare providers, the need for proven management expertise in times of planned - or unplanned - transition has never been greater.

Over the past 30 years, the principals of HuTech have been responsive to the needs of organizations during periods of leadership change.  Stepping into a practice to assume a strong, but temporary leadership role, our transition services have allowed corporate directors to be more deliberate in reaching out to identify permanent leadership having appropriate skill sets for long term success.

In addition, in times of proactive change such as implementation of new technology, day-to-day managers often are required to take on additional projects that extend beyond their scope or expertise.  As a result, the full potential of good planning is often not fully realized due to inadequate attention from key management during the implementation phase.  HuTech's Transition Management personnel carefully work with practice leaders to define objectives of the organization.  Strategies to accomplish those objectives are developed along with a timeframe for success.  At the successful conclusion of the project, the Transition Manager is excused in an orderly manner.  The organization is able to proceed with the new capabilities in place, published protocol for use, and a staff properly trained to follow the protocol and use the technology.
